When you submit the enquiry form we collect your name, contact details, property address, project details, and any files you choose to upload. We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and run the project if you choose to engage us.

When you visit the site we collect anonymous analytics (page views, source, device type) via Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used and improve it. Analytics data is anonymised at the point of collection.

How we store it

Enquiry data is stored in our project management system on UK and EU-based infrastructure. We do not sell, rent, or share your details with third parties for marketing purposes. We retain enquiry data for the duration of any active project plus seven years, in line with HMRC record-keeping requirements.

Your rights

You can ask us to confirm what data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it at any time (subject to legal record-keeping obligations). To make a request, email us at the address below. We respond to data requests within one month, as required by UK GDPR.
